Who is responsible

This site is maintained by Daniel Ferreira (Daniel Ferreira Imóveis, Brasília, Brazil). Questions about your data can be sent through the consultation form.

What we collect

Only what you type in the consultation form (name, e-mail, country, optional phone, topic and message), the date and a pseudonymous hash of your IP address used against spam. Nothing is collected without your action.

Why

To answer your request and, if you wish, to follow up on your case. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I / GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

How long

Form messages are kept on the site's server for up to 180 days and then deleted automatically, unless an ongoing service requires otherwise.

Cookies and advertising

The site shows Google AdSense ads. Until you click "OK, got it" (or close the notice), Google's Consent Mode stays at "denied" and ads are not personalized. You can reopen the notice at any time through the "Cookies" link in the footer.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the consultation form.
